Mid-decade had plenty of good films. In fact, maybe too many. It is tough narrowing it all down to only 10. So I'll just include as many as I feel are necessary.

Eternal Sunshine, Dogville, Capote, and A History of Violence.

I've always wanted to see Choses secrètes, but weirdly enough, I haven't yet.

Secret Things is a wild film. It's not the most comfortable movie to watch [especially in a crowded theatre] but it is one that sticks with you.
His follow up film, which is based on the casting off Secret Things, is just as crazy.
